The name 'Blue Eyed Boy' was inspired by the blue eyes of Luke, the son of founders Sarah and Sparky Marquis. It is a symbol of overwhelming volume, crafted exclusively from premium grapes that achieve over 70% on Mollydooker's 'Marquis Fruit Weight' scale—a measure of the dense, mouth-filling sensation of fruit. These selected grapes are then aged to perfection in premium new American oak barrels.
