Protos Gran Reserva is the crowning achievement of the first winery in Ribera del Duero, sourced exclusively from 50+ year-old vines rooted in the chalky soils of Peñafiel. This cuvée undergoes a minimum of 24 months in French and American oak followed by 36 months of bottle aging, totaling over five years of patient maturation before release. In the Korean market and on Vivino, it is celebrated as a "noble powerhouse," revered for its Grand Cru-level concentration and the sophisticated oxidative nuances that define the Ribera del Duero style. Upon uncorking, a grand bouquet of [Nose: balsamic, graphite, and old leather] emerges from a core of concentrated blackcurrant and fig.
