Unlike budget pack sakes from other breweries using the "Onigoroshi" (Demon Killer) moniker that often add sugars and acidulants to lower costs, the biggest differentiator of this product is its strict adherence to a 'No Added Sugars' (糖類無添加) policy, chemically excluding any artificial sweetness or stickiness. The framework of this sake lies in the piercing dryness (Cho-Karakuchi) created by an extreme Sake Meter Value of plus 8.0 (+8.0) and a clear acidity of 1.5. When poured, flamboyant fruity aromatics are completely undetectable; only refined grain scents and alcoholic nuances are intuitively released.
